Sambhar Vada

Sambhar Vada

Vada is a very famous south Indian snack. Vada can be of different kinds, like parippu vada( vada made with sambhar dal), sambar vada( vada made with urad dal and dipped in sambhar), Curd vada( plain urad vada dipped in flavoured curd) , moong dal vada is also made in North India.

Whenever I hear the name of sambhar vada, I remember my niece, who is a great lover of sambhar vadas.

Basic info about the recipe
